PRODUCT INFO
BEND-ALL 003 is a synthetic, pour-able gel, formulated as a lubricant for draw bending and end-forming tube and pipe. It forms a high strength lubricating film on the mandrel and ID of the tube. BEND-ALL 003 is widely used on automotive exhaust tubing. It will dry to a very light, clear colored,greasy film that does not smoke when heated.
USAGE
BEND-ALL 003 should be used as neat as received. It can be applied by hand or through automatic mandrel rod lubrication systems capable of pumping higher viscosity liquids or greases. BEND-ALL 003 can be used on SS, steel, aluminized, and aluminum. It can be cleaned in an aqueous wash using an alkaline cleaner such as TOWERKLENE 42-A. Keep containers of BEND-ALL 003 covered when not in use. It is best if used within 6 months of purchased.

The product is not specified as hazardous waste or pollutant of the environment/water. It is biodegradable. Follow local governmental rules and regulations for waste treatment. The product is not miscible with acids, alkalis or solvents. Devices can be painted with epoxy paint or other coatings injurious surfaces.
STORAGE
Product should be stored under cover in clean, dry conditions and protected from frost. Indoors. Recommended storage temperature ideally between 5°C (41°F) and 35°C (95°F). A shelf life of 6 months can be anticipated.
